humm.. yes I got a bit of sore gums last pregnancy.. and a little irritation now during this one.. I haven't done anything, just suffer...but I will use my baby's orajel if it gets bad this time..

there nothing you can do really, i know the feeling i get the pains, just book dentist say your pregnant and that the pain is really irritating you and they should understand and book you in asap, i booked mine and said that and they gave me an appointment for the following week where normally in my dentist they wont see you till atleast 2-3 weeks after you book an appointment, pain in the ass really :S
