well lol i am not in the same position but i'd love to help out if you need any questions answered i am 35 weeks along and im due january 21st 2010, i am now 18 but when i found out i was pregnant i was 17 years old, and i got married to the father shortly after my 18th B-day because he is 6 years older than me it could of gotten him in trouble, but if you need help with anything i always check my stuff and can try to answer any questions you might have or give some advice

HEY KELSEY!!!! im really glad to have read your post although im not as young im only 20 im going through the same thing you are was with my boyfriend for four months and he broke up with me cuz he said he was still in love wiht his ex.... crushed me to pieces never thought id be having a baby with a person like that... he has never attended and ultrasound doctors visit hospital vist... ect.. and to be honest it hurts more than i care to show... im 35 weeks and 4 days and he only calls when its convienant for him....but i am here and willing to talk whenever you want it would actually be nice to be going through this with someone else!! keep your head up for that little man growing inside of you!!! all the hurt will be so worth it when you see him!!

Im having the same troubles. Im 18 and im 17 weeks pregnant. The dad wants to be in our lives but wants me to change everything about me because he thinks i need to be the prefect person and wait on him hand and foot. Id rather live my life as a single mother than live in a house were i know i will never be truely happy. I would love to share experciences and everything with someone who is kind of going through the same thing.

well i am 18 and 25 weeks pregnant wit a baby boy but i do not have the boyfriend troubles i am with a 26 yr old who is actually mature enough for wats goin on but i do know how i guys can be and thats gotta be tough i would love to exchange experiences with our pregnancies and i can be someone to talk to if youd like

I can't say I am going through the same thing as you but I have seen it time and time again. My mom was 17 when she had my brother, my oldest sister was 16 when she had her daughter, my other sister was 19 when she first got pregnant, my niece was 19 when she had her daughter and I have 2 nieces right now that just gave birth in Nov one is aged 19 the other was 17. Don't worry about the father if he wants to be in your sons life he will be. Give the baby your last name. It is just too many problems giving the child the fathers last name if he has already flaked on you once. My oldest niece gave her daughter the father's last name and when he disappeared and she finally got married and her husband took over the role, Ana (my great niece) refuses to use the name on her birth certificate.
