Hey everybody I just wanted to let you know about some research I am a big Pit Bull advocate as well as my sister who is a Grad Student at University of Nebraska for cognitive psychology (behavioral science). They have been doing Severe bite statistics for the last year unfortunately this state is really big for Pit Bull fighting but the good news is that last year there was no bite reports from Pit Bulls there was A LOT from Terriers and Mix Breeds. They are also doing studies with the Pit Bulls at the Humane Society for behavioral studies and the Pit Bulls are doing GREAT all around regardless what they have been through they are showing AMAZING signs that they will bounce right back into a loving dog no matter what they have been through as long as you show them love. Rarely any of the Pit Bulls have any food aggression, and doing GREAT with human contact... I Love the Breed and this makes me soo happy.. I hope you all enjoy that Stats!!!!!

sweetness also another bit of stat for ya labs and goldens are responsible for more butes then pit bulls and the pit bull was a huge main stay in american addvertising during ww1 it was basically America's poster boy and in any propiganda poster it was the chosen image to represent America

That's awesome to hear... Unfortunately, this is probably on of the few places it will be posted, since the news is so big on the bad rap of pits rather than showing the greatness in the breed...
