I love doing yoga with my daughter. It's so nice to have her doing something relaxing.

I am curious about this as well. I think yoga for children is probably awesome, but does anyone have experience with 'mommy and me' yoga for toddlers. I LOVE the idea, but I am wondering if it really is going to be worth the $200 fee for my 2 year old who focuses on an activity for 10 minutes at best.
