My son turned 3 on the 3rd, so we had a Transformers themed party! He loves anything that has to do with cars and trucks and robots! Also, we took him to Chuck E. Cheese the day of his birthday since it was on a Tuesday. He had a blast!!

Riley's birthday was on the 19th, but he has been really sick lately so we couldn't really celebrate. Today we're having a family party for him at my moms house. Cake, cookie decorating, just something simple. Can't have a big party every year lol.

Travis likes EVERYTHING. For his birthday we had it at the fire dept. The kids got to go in the trucks and do the sirens and got to shoot the water hose, it was a lot of fun.

oh gosh - she will have the cake and the party and I know that she needs 'her day' just really stuck for the presents, thinking of kitting out her dolls house properly, everyone can buy a room for it. Seriously, the cake is already ordered and friends invited, just dont want to buy things she doesnt really need or want. Did I come accross really ignorant there -didnt mean to make it seem I would belittle her day at all! x

This year for Caitlin's birthday we had a party yesturday at the fun factory ( just like build a bear) I took four kids my two girls and two little friends it was a wonderful day lots of photos to remember this great day Caitlin had lots of fun

I also have any older dautgher and you have to remember that you two childern are differant and so you still need to have her feel special and her birthday is the best time to do that you never have to give alot but giving her a small party with a few friends will give her a fun special day

Gosh, I am so stuck!!! As I have an older daughter, we really do not need anything and I am so reluctant to go out and buy for the sake of it but also want her to unwrap presents!! Am doing a couple af magazine subscriptions for her so for the next 12 months she will have a magazine delivered but other than that - ideas??

Our son loves Thomas the Tank Engine (& the Wiggles). We have a local park (about 45km away) with 2 mini steam trains that the kids can ride on, So I've booked an hour and we will self-cater and chill in the park for another 1/2 hour before we wrap the party up. Contemplating one game of pass the parcel, but I'm not sure if the kids will be up to that.

Scottie loves Chuck E Cheese's so we are taking him there.  Pizza, games & cake can't go wrong with a 3 year old for that :)

Brennan has had big bday partys the last two years so this year we are going to take him to Knott's Berry Farm which is an amusement park close by.  It has "Camp Snoopy" which is perfect for our 3 yr olds. As a gift he is getting a "big boy bed" he is currently in a toddler bed (since he was 17 months) and is looking forward to a twin.

My son is into all of those things as well. We are buying him tickets to go see Monster Trucks for his birthday. I can relate, it does seem as though we just brought him home yesterday. My son's third birthday will be a unique one as his sister will be celebrating her first birthday just 5 days later. So...a combination party is in store for them!

I can't believe my Little Olivia is Guna be 3 in a few weeks!! I'm not really sure what to do, as it's so close to Christmas. She's getting a kitchen as she LOVES to play 'house' and make me endless cups of tea etc!!

I think I might take her to Maccy D'd with a friend as most of her friends are away this year. :-( So just something quiet.
