I recently had the same thing..12 kids aged 1-7 for my sons 4th bday. Unfortunately it was too hot at mine for outdoor play and they were sweatballs after 10 mins. i shut off all the rooms in the house apart from areas allowed and did simple party games. First pass the parcel which lasted awhile (we rigged it and something little in each layer for all), then we did musical statues. they loved this and continued dancing awhile. Then party food time followed by a game of pin the tail on donkey. After that cake and presents. I felt like it was chaotic the whole time but the kids/ parents loved it and was very noisy!! Remember to delegate jobs too to other parents as can get outta hand quick with the age groups!
