How do you plan to celebrate your child special birthday? Will it be a simple celebration or do you go all out and rent a place for it? Let's share our ideas to help each other plan for the special celebration of our babies turning 3 years old! Every year I dawdle around about how the celebration will be, and I'd love some suggestion/ideas on details on how to keep the party from becoming an expensive overdone event but at the same time still tasteful and enjyable for all.

We are taking her to the San Diego Zoo the weekend before her birthday. On her birthday the 19th she will get her favorite supper. Then the weekend after we will do a small birthday party and she can have a friend spend the night. BBQ and cake/ice cream. As for the theme we will take her to party city or somewhere and let her chose...last year was Tinkerbell. She loved Princess and the Frog so maybe something Princess we will see.

Wow, having a sleep over with three year olds means that you must be a very brave mom. With my luck they would all be crying for their mommies at bedtime. Good luck! You'll have to share how it goes along with your secret to a successful night.

Probably a sleepover with 2 kids her age and they can watch movies and eat chicken nuggets. I spent money for her first and second so time to save
