Little things that make us so happy!

[deleted account] ( 5 moms have responded )

Our daughter Billie is such a happy and sweet child.

Being her mother and having the opportunity to share so much makes me the happiest woman in the world.

She has the habit when she wakes up to call us Mama/Papa come and get me and everytime we hear that it put's such a smile on our face;-)

The way she is crazy about olives and shouts Olives mmmmmmm

Next week is her birthday and then she will be 2

my god time goes quickly!

Do your children have little habits that melt your hearts?

That is cute. My little one already knows how to work her charm and when she gets in trouble, she grabs my face and says shhhh shhhh mommy listen, looks around and says, Mommy, I lub you, okay. And then she walks away, like she thinks that is magically going to undo the fact that she just wrote on the wall or threw her dinner across the room, although I will admit, sometimes it does lol.

Well, for Daddy, it's when our daughter comes up out of the blue, hugs his legs and says "I ove ou daddy" and then runs back off to play. For me, it has to be that every morning, and after every nap, when she wakes up and I go in and open her bedroom door, she looks up at me, points to her new Big Girl Bed, says "My gig gurl bed Mommy, Abby gig gurl" and puts her hand up for a high five

Oh geez! That is cute :D We have a lot of those moments around here. Since my daughter is my first and only (right now) I try to enjoy every little thing. The newest ones are when she climbs into bed with me in the morning and says "Morning Mommy!" Or she'll take my face in her tiny hands and say "Look at me! I love you!"

My Cecily is ssssoooooooooo adorable and like you I feel priviledged to be her mother. I love that whenever she has finished a meal or a drink ect she brings me the plate/cup and sings "I finished" I love it so cute and such manners!

When I get home from shopping, girl scout meetings ect. my son will meet me at the door and take me by the hand and lead me to the couch so he can crawl up on my lap, give me a kiss and snuggle with me. :0)
