I just noticed yesterday a bump on the sole of my 3 1/2 year old daughters foot, she was complaining about it hurting. A friend of mine who is a Personal Support Worker (PSW) said it was a planters wart. I have never seen one before. She said it was probably from my daughter walking around bare footed at the pool. Just wondering if anyone had any ideas about what I should do to treat it? Should I take her to the doctor? Its quite painful and I know the is a wait to get in to see the doctor for something 'non urgent'. Whats the best at home remedy?

Take her to the doctor because they will continue to grow deeper and become more painful. The otc treatments can take several days and may irritate the foot and I am not sure if they are safe for kids.
