hi everyone, we just moved into a size 6 diaper, so it will b a little while BUT where do i go from here?? I have yet to see a size 7 diaper in the stores. He is 18 mos, and is no where NEAR ready for potty training, and I seriously doubt he'll be by the time we are done with the size 6 diaps.
So anyone else in this perdiciment? what to do here?!?!? I know the pull ups, BUT they are SOOOO much more expensive

I have yet to see size 7 anywhere, I have the potty trainer class at work and The biggest diaper I have seen is a 6, And there are some 3 year olds still in them if not in pullups. There are some really good cloth diapers though if you would like to try.
I think with my next kid i will go with cloth, i like the look and what i hear, though i am going to ask before i buy, here are some with good ratings

I have a daycare and all the kids i have had only get to size 6 . I think your child will maintain their size till potty training time!! Good luck

I have seen size 7 at Toys R'Us. My son is almost 18 months old and we have been using size 6 for the past couple months. Hopefully they are potty train before they outgrow their size 7. Good Luck...

Thanks Katrina! I sorta hope this is what he does, and I thought he'd never outgrow the size 5's, so I bought in bulk... well you know how that goes!! Luckly we did not have too many 5's left over when he neede to move up& he just wore them until they were gone! At 25 cents a piece, I dont waste them! I'll keep an eye out for the 7's if i ever see any, I'll get for later on

You would be surprised how long the size 6 lasts my niece was in them from right before she turned two, she is now 3 and a half and she is potty trained but still wears a size 6 to bed at night.

Um, cloth diapers? If he really does outgrow the size 7 diapers, a cloth diaper investement wouldn't cost that much, and you can always turn around and sell them when he's done. My dd is cloth diapered, and she gets changed about 4-5 times a day, so an even dozen has me doing wash ever two days or so. I don't know what else to tell you, but I hope you find something! And how big is your son? My dd is a little munchkin, and in size 3 sometimes 4 (we do 'sposies at night) and she's about 22-25 pounds (doc appointment on Monday!).
