My son will only eat Perdue Whole Grain Chicken Nuggets and Fish Sticks. Is there any meat recipes you can recommend that he may eat. I've tried turkey meatballs, hamburgers, spaghetti with meat sauce, and baked chicken. He just spits it out.

For veggies he will only eat pureed peas/broccoli/green beans and on occasion he will eat broccoli florets. He hates cut green beans and carrots. Any ideas?

I really appreciate any suggestions. I just feel bad because I feel like I feed him the same meal for lunch and dinner everyday.

My daughter LOVES this recipe...

Chicken Baseballs

3oz light cream cheese - softened
2 tsp. light margarin, melted
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp skim milk
2 cups cubed, cooked chicken
1-8oz. can reduced fat crescent rolls
bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Combine cream cheese, margarin, salt, pepper, milk. Pour mixture over chicken and stir. Seperate crescent roll dough in 4 rectangles and seal perforations. Spoon 1/2 cup of chicken mixture into ech center of each. Pull opposite corners to center and seal. Sprinkle each "baseball" with bread crumbs and place on baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes.

Other Idea: Add 1/2 to 1 packet of dry hidden valley ranch dressing to mixture.

***If doing weight watchers-each baseball is 6 points.
