Is there a sippy cup that actually doesn't leak?

We use a straw cup too. It doesn't leak and my daughter loves it! It's the Heinz baby first cups and they work great!

A friends little girl uses that straw cup too, but she still thinks she has to tip it up, so it spills everywhere. Try it, but make sure she wont flip it!!! I have never had a prob with my nuby cups and anything breaking off the nipple part, but my son only has a few teeth, and dosent chew the cups. I have a playtex one too, and he will drink from it, but prefers the soft laytex nipple of the nuby i guess.

I've got a avent type that doesn't usually leak but the one I found to be the best so far is the playtex type. If you should try the ones with the staws, this is what I did to get my son use to it. I have a juice box and squeezed some into his mouth and a second later, he was sucking in it on his own.

my daughter is using straw cup already... i bought many different kinds of sippy cups but she doesn't like them at all, so at 10 months, she started using straw cup, maybe you can give that a try?! good luck!

I have the playtex ones that are hard plastic and my son refuses to drink from them but the soft tip nuby's he bites down on and a little piece of the plastic breaks loose and allows everything to spill everywhere and (it also poses a choke hazard) I dont know if your 14 month old likes to chew on or bite everything or not. (my son is 14 months old also and he has a mouth full of teeth i think it is around 14 teeth he has already.) Good luck with your journey (im going through the same thing)

Nuby cups are the way to go. they also have lids that snap on for travel. They are short & fat with handles. target carrys them for $5.75 for 2

I have the playtex snap and lock sippy cups, they are also insulated to keep the liquid cold for a longer time period as well. There's an arrow on the lid and one of the top of the cup and you twist till you match the arrows up and hear it click. I have yet to have any problems with these leaking. Unfortunately, I have not seen them in a soft spout, just the hard plastic. When I first starting my daughter on a sippy cup I used the nubby cups which have a soft spout and I didn't have a problem with them leaking.
