My baby daughter of 9months is a very light sleeper. It tkes ages to settle her during the day, esspecially when the domestic worker is there. If she doesn't take a nap during the morning she becomes very difficult and fussy around lunch time, which puts her off her food. Does anyone have advice on how to make nap times less stressful?

There is a REALLY GREAT book on infant's sleep called "Healthy Sleep Habit, Happy
Child" by Marc Weissbluth. My oldest daughter had a similar problem to yours and
really struggled to sleep. My husband and I became exhausted, too. This book worked
wonders!

No, I haven't tried it yet because any sound out of the ordinary used to wake her.Thanks! I am going to give it a try!

Have you ever tried playing relaxing music or some other sort of soothing sound for her room???
