My 9-month old loves cherrios (when I split them), cheese, avocado and puffs. She has been rejecting the baby food when I feed her the table food. I'm looking for more suggestions of healthy table food. I tried multigrain pasta in small pieces. Just can't always prepare since I work too. any suggestions would be great. What does everyone feed their 9month olds for dinner?

im so scared to try them on table food lol. I have just started to give my girls cut up sandwiches with no crusts and they love that... and scotch finger and milk arrowroot biscuits. They go down a treat too.

small pieces of cooked veggies, fruits, pasta, rice, yogurt or whatever I am eating pretty much. wholesomebabyfood.com is a fabulous website with recipes, how to cook foods, and sample menues for babies by age. Good luck!

My little guy is very similar he pretty much only eats what we are eating. He loves toast. I just cut it into 1ich slices and then he can pick it up himself. He also loves bit size pieces of chicken ( even fried ground chicken) and rice, peas, boiled carrots sliced. Pretty much anything that is not mushed up.. Good luck.
