I want to have my daughter's birthday party away from home because my house is too small. I want to have it in door, I think the wether may be bad and I want there to be entertainment. I had her 1st Birthday at Peter Pipper and I may have to do it again. There will be about 9 kids & 13 adults. Sometihing not too expensive.

i'm having my kids bday party at a motel its only $60 and u get to use the pool and a meeting room for 4 hours.thought about having the zoo come in with a few animals but that was too expensive for to 2 yr old and a 4 yr old bday party. this way at a hotel i can invite as many people i want and not have to clean a whole lot. just have to bring my own food and drinks.

We are taking our son to the local children's museum and to dinner. Just close family only. He will have a party at his daycare with his school buddies.

I just asked this question and here is what the physician assistant wrote back..... Simple and small are good guidelines for parties for very young children. At this age, too many children and too much excitement can be more stressful than fun for the birthday child. If your child knows a few other children (no more than three or four) from daycare or the neighborhood, you might invite them over (with a parent) for an hour or so of casual play. Put out some playdough or sing some songs or other low-key activities. Allowing toddlers to play freely, rather than organizing games with rules, is the wisest course.

We've decided to have a picnic at anature reserve (weather permitting), this way the kids get to play outside and the adults get to be out doors as well.

I had the same question.I went with McDonalds. Itwas onlt $35.00 to rent a room in the play area that holds 25. Comes with a Birthday Host, goodie bags, and cake. Check out your area for prices. I considered a lot of places, this was the most reasonable price and approproite for her age. I'm not sure where you live but parks are always a good place, snag a pavilion in case it rains. (Not for Wisconsin if February Bummer)
