HI all , i was wonderig how big your babies were/are at their 12 month check up? My son was 1 on the 4th of feb. and went for his check up on the 24 and weighted 23.3 pounds and is 30.5 inches tall. He is and always has been in he 75-80 percentile. He was 8 pounds at birth. Anyways they Dr said he was doing great. He is not walking yet, she said dont worry, sometims babies dont walk until they are 15-18 months old

My baby girl was born on Feb. 4th too! She weighed 8lbs 2ozs at birth and was 21 and 1/4 inches tall. She had her 1 year check up on Feb. 17th. She weighed 20lbs and was 29 inches tall. She walked at 11 months. My first daughter didnt walk til she was 14 months and my doctor recommended first steps for her. It helped her out a lot, but she never crawled either til they worked with her.

My daughter was born on Feb 18th and weighed 8 lbs even and at her 1 year check up they told me that she was a little under weight, no surprise since all she eats is fruit! I hate this phaze of not interested in eating, its stressing me out, but I'm not pushing her. I guess she will eat when she is hungry.

How funny my son was born feb 4th. Weighed 8 lbs 7 oz. And just this week started trying to walk. Lol. He weighed 24.8 and was 27 inch at his one yr check up. He walks a lil but not alot. I have two older kids and they all walked by nine months so I was worried about Hunter not walking. But he is trying now so I'm guessing he's fine. Lol.

My daughter was 1 on Feb 6th. She was 6lbs 15ozs at birth & at her 12 month checkup weighed 15lbs 1oz. She is very healthy & has been walking since 10 months of age. She has hit all milestones early so far & she is CONSTANTLY on the go! And if I hear the word "petite" one more time, I think I'll scream! :) She is very tiny though.

My daughter turned one on Feb 14 and was weighed on Feb 25. She is 17lbs 8oz and about 27.5". She was born 7lbs 4oz and 18.5". So much for tripling her birth weight by 1 yr...she is very active though and started walking about 2 weeks before her birthday.

My son was born on feb.15th. He was a big boy when he was born and continues being one. When he was born he weighed 9lbs 5 oz and when he turned one he weighed 29lbs. He started traveling when he was 9 months. Walked all over the house but held on to everything even the walls. He looked like spiderman, it was a funny sight. He finally let go 2 weeks before his birthday. He's a cutie!

mine too. Abby is so small that I've been worrying about it! I worry too much tho but at least I realize it :) Anyway, she was born on Feb 13 and was 17lbs 11 oz at her appt. I started trying to fatten her up and a month later she is 18 lbs 11 oz. Almost 28 in. Both her biological father and I have always been very skinny (now not so much for me, pregnancy fixed that "problem" for me) so I figured that may have something to do with it. She's proportionate tho and healthy, so I've decided not to worry about her weight, so many other things to focus on LOL!

Wow. I didn't realize hoe little my daughter is until I read everyone's posts. Amelia turned 1 on Feb 23. She is 16lbz 8oz. I think she was 28 inches. She's a peanut. She is just starting to walk. We thought she'd be really early because she crawled at 4 months. Her brother walked at a year also and he was 26 lbs!

My twin girls were on on Feb. 9th. Kadence weighed 22 lbs 10 oz and Sabrina weighed 19 lbs. The were 5-15 and 5-10 at birth. Kadence is walking/trying to run and Sabrina is still crawling. It is fun having twins so different...one is a red head and one is a brunette as well. Sabrina will catch up, she has had some medical things to deal with as well so her muscles are still getting strong.

My youngest, Nino, turned 1 on Feb. 6th and had his one year check up the middle of February and weighed 18 lbs. 5 oz. and was 28.5 inches tall. He has been really struggling to grow. He had a great growth pattern up until about 6-months and then came to a screeching hault. A "Failure to Thrive" as his medical chart indicates. Now he is slowly gaining again but have a follow-up with his Pediatric Gastroenterologist on Wednesday.

my son turned 1 yr old on 2/20 and he weighs 15.9 lbs. They say its an issue but he seems to be very healthy and active. He walks with asisstance and he's very playful. I go back to the pedatrican today after a wk long of overfeeding him (by doctors request) it seemed very unnormal to me but hopfully he's gained some weight so she'll stop worrying so much about him. We also got blood test done and it can back completely normal.

My little girl turned one on Valentines Day and she was 18.5lbs and 28 inches long. She isn't walking yet, but she is getting the hang of standing by herself. She was 7 lbs even when born, and she didnt really start gaining any weight until she was about 9 months old. She was still 11 lbs at 6 months. She is in the 10% for height and 5% to 10% in weight.

He was 6 pounds 12.5 ounces at birth, and dropped down to 5 pounds 11 ounces at 4 days, went back into the hospital for jaundice (what a stressful time!). He is very tiny. The size of an average 6 month old for weight. He started taking steps about a month before his first birthday, but really started walking the day before his birthday. Now he's all over the place!

Savannah turned 1 on 2/20. She was almost 15 lbs. Her length is escaping me right now. She is not walking yet either. She was 6 lbs 14 oz at birth (4 weeks early). She has a developmental delay and gets physical therapy and developmental therapy. She is now able to roll over and rock on her knees. She still fits easily in her bassinet and is on the highest setting in her crib :) I am sure with her progress, she will be pulling up soon and we will have to lower her mattress.
