any book by Annabelle karmel is great my son is also 14m and getting the same way. i recently brought her..super foods book and its great. the recipes can also be multiplied and made for the whole family and taste great as well as containing lots of veg and fun ways for fruit and snack ideas. i usually make a large amount and then freeze some in small containers for convenience.

There's a cookbook called deceptively delicious that has a bunch of recipes where you "hide" veggies in kid friendly foods. I can't swear by it because I have so far been too lazy to make the purees and my kids both like their veggies. I'm sure I will break it out soon though, my 3 year old is getting pickier.
