Anyone have a favourite recipe for their kids that has minimal sugar?

I take these cookies everywhere for Charlotte, and her friends often enjoy them too. They are not too bad with a coffee either.

Rub 90g of butter into 2 cups of wholemeal flour. Mix in 1/4 cup of rolled oats and 1/4 cup of coconut and 1/4 cup sultanas. Then mix in 1 small mashed sweet potato. Make a well in centre and put in 2 eggs. Combine, then add a little milk, just to make a firm, sticky mix. Put teaspoons of mix onto lined biscuit trays and bake in moderate oven for about 15 minutes (depends on size of cookie. They should be browning on top but not hard in the middle yet.
Makes about 40 little rock cakes.
