im in the same boat, my daughter just turned one and she still loves her baba's!!! I think im gonna keep her on the bottles for like a month longer but when i gave her milk she just threw it up. so thats why im waiting but with the sippy cups she just dont want nothing to do with them but i always offer them. she sips out of them once in awhile but it just dribbles out of her mouth, but 50/50 does work for her.

My daughter Sabrina just turned one last week and we are running into the same thing. It's strange because once I gave her regular milk @ my girlfriends house and she drank it no problem. Never thought mixing it half & half. I do sugest and will try adding honey (pasturized) for a sweeter taste. :)

Thank you all for the comments and tips...I have tried straight milk,50/50 milk formula,80/20 milk, formula and she can taste the difference immediatley..I have tried a bottle and sippy and she will give me a funny look and throw them both..her pediatrician told me to hold off until 15 months...so we shall see..thanks again

I haven't quite tried it yet but do you get Purity Good Nights powder? It's flavoured powder that you can add to milk so it tastes better. maybe you can try adding that? good luck :)

I haven't had a problem yet with Abigail switching over. The only problem I have is her keeping it down because she has that acid reflux. That causes her to spit everything back up. As long as I put a teaspoon of cereal in her milk she will keep it down. Sorry I can't help you with any advice for your daughter and her transition.

I tried 2 oz of formula and 4 oz of regular milk for a few days..Then 3 oz of formula with 3 oz of milk for a few days. Then 1 oz of formula with regular milk for a few days. I didnt give up. Its what I ONLY offered her, and she knew if she didnt drink it, then she wouldnt get her bottle that time. But she learned quick and NOW LOVES milk :)

have you tried putting it in a or even a normal cup might make a mess but you dont cry over spilled milk)and you drinking out of it and then put it on the table and maybe then she will drink out of it just to be like mommy?

Or maybe 1/2 a tsp of a sugar free syrup in in just enough to color and give a little tast.

Enfamil makes a infagrow formula that is flavored maybe try a little of that in there in stead of syrup too?

keep on working on it, I am in the same boat with my daughter except I am trying to get her of the breast and not formula. She will eventually learn to like the taste but it can take some time, I feel your pain and hope all goes well for you.
