Hi everyone! I've been pretty mellow during my pregnancy so far (which is quite amazing by itself). This morning, however, was pretty rough. Yesterday, I had a long 10hr day at work, arguing with vendors, and was extremely tired at the end of the day (people were even commenting that I looked tired!). This morning I woke up and just cried for no reason. I've just been in kind of a funk all day.

Anyone else experienced anything like this?

I'm kind of nervous about post partum blues come February!!

I'm 14 weeks too! I am an emotional wreck! I cry over anything and get frustrated easily too. Everything I have read says it's completely normal! I read this blog everyday www.tiredofbeingpregnant.com the writer is 15 weeks and I seem to follow along with her. She is in week 15 and says now she crys uncontrolably... The comments follow right along with it... Hopefully it will subside soon!

I've been really emotional throughout my pregnancy as well. This is my first and I didn't expect to be this hormonal! I go from being completely happy and carefree to sobbing and worrying about everything. I'm also a little nervous about the post partum blues in a few months; I'm guessing that since I've been this hormonal, I'm going to experience them. How long do they usually last?

I was suprised at how mellow I have been so far as well! This is my first pregnancy and I anticipated being on an emotional roller coaster from day one. The only time I notice that I truly become emotional is when I am frustrated and tired, otherwise I seem to be lucky and be fine the rest of the time.

This is my first baby and honestly the crying for no reason and really emotional spell is what kind of made me think I was pregnant. Soon after that first spell, I really didn't get emotional until about the last two months. I'm totally fine some days and then other days I just feel like I'm on an emotional rollercoaster. I'm due February 6th and it's a girl ;) I totally think we are way more than entitled to have "our days" of mixed emotions, even if there's no real reason for them besides hormones! :)

I am expecting my second little girl and with my first pregnancy I was emtional from the first month to the last one. Just in the last month or so I having been experiencing those moments again. My husband and I get ready for bed and while I am laying there trying to sleep (which is not easy) I just start balling. I don't know why, it could be anything. And now its starting during the day, yay! I was always crying when I was pregnant the first time. I liked the little break at the begining of this one. I know it normal but rather annoying.

Me!!!! This is my fourth pregnancy and I expected it to be as easy as the others. Well, it's not at all. I have my roller coaster days as well; leaving me to wonder what in the world is going on!?!? Don't fret though. Hormones can wreak havoc on your emotions and it varies from day to day. Sometimes I have great days and love being pregnant, other times I'm exhausted and cry as well. We will survive! I did have post partum with my all my pregnancies but once my hormones leveled out, I was fine. At least you are aware that it's possible to occur. Some women have the blues and either don't recognize/ignore them which makes it worse! I'm sure there are a bunch of moms to be going through this as well!!
