Today was my son's 18 month checkup....he weighs 21 lbs, 3 oz (3%) and measures 31.5 inches (28%). The doctor is concerned about getting his weight up (as usual), but he hasn't really dipped on his growth chart since his last visit and his appetite has increased the last few weeks, so I am not concerned...he is an active little man!!! We skipped shots @ 15 months, so we did get 3 shots today :(

My 18mth old girl just had her health check too and she is 84cm (33inch) & 11.5kg (25lb). I just think every baby grows differently..and as long as they are happy and heathy that's all that matters :)

Son turned 18 months on the 16th- had his checkup today. 31lbs, 34 inches long and 20 head circumference. We are mighty fine proud of that big 'ol head ;-)

My daughter will be 18 months on the 24th. She was a preemie, she weighed 4lbs. Now that she is 18 months she weighs 19lbs and is 26 inches long. She is still in the bottom but is on the chart!

my son had a check-up aug 3rd with his pediatritian and he was 23 pounds and 32 inches long, he has another appointment coming up aug 26th with his family doctor for his 18 month check-up he was onlt 3 pounds when he was born so i am glad to see such progress and that he is around the same as all the other babies

My daughter is TINY. She had her 18month check on Thursday. 17lbs 12oz & 29.25 inches. She is in the 3rd percentile for both height and weight. She was born fairly big (8lbs10oz), but has been small ever since! She is smart and healthly - the doctors say she is just going to be small and they aren't concerned because she is proportionite (if that's how you spell it).

Lucky you! my son is 35-36lbs and he's not even 18 months yet (he will be on the 27th), i dislocated my back 3 times just trying to get him in and out of the car seat! he's always been in the 98-99th percentile in terms of height and weight (he's not fat, just big-boned, wears 2t-3t clothes, size 7 shoes and always outgrows shirts on the shoulders). i'm behind on his shots because i'm a paranoid mom so i still haven't done his MMR. every time it's a check-up time, Maxi is teething so i don't want to give him the shot in fear of potential consequences. but he's running around all over the place, climbing everywhere and eats pretty much everything (except for curries and raw fish). has teeth coming out like crazy. i guess it's a good thing that he's going to a babysitter rather than daycare so i still have a bit of time to get that MMR).

Our son had his 18 mos. month wellness visit on Monday and his dr. says he's at the top of the chart for height at 35" tall! He weighs 27 pounds. We did have to get 1 vaccination.

Hi my 18month old is 91cm tall and weighs 131/2 kilos. He is the average height of a 3 year old so I would not worry about weight and height as they all develop differently

My boy goes next week for his 18 month apt. but he was weighed yesterday and is almost 22lbs and he is around 31 inches tall. He is not a very good eater so that is why he is a little on the small side. I am hopeing soon he will start eating grown up food.

My daughter is 13.9kg/30.6lbs, and is right off the charts right now lol. She has always been a big baby (9lb 6oz at birth) and has never been below the 92th percentile. I'm not sure of her height right now, but she's always been around the 95th for that too.

i had my 18 month old sons weighed just the other day, they were 23lbs 32 inches, and 24 lbs 2oz 33 inches :) i'm glad to see that they're keeping up just fine with the single babies!

My daughter also had her 18 month check up today. She weighed in a 22lbs 10 oz and is 33 inches long. I think her weight was questionable as she was sick the last few days and didn't eat much. Her doctor feels she is progressing nicely. Unfortunately, she did receive two shots today :(.

My son was 18 months old on the 9th. He weighs 15.6 kg which is 34.5 lbs! Amber, i am glad to see he's not the only BIG boy :-). He was always in the 100 plus percentile, even when he was EBF. He just started walking so might slim down a bit but his dad is a big guy so I'm guessing he stays big :-).

My son, Jake, just turned 18 months on the 2nd Aug and weighs 28.6 lbs and is 32.6 inches, so he's a pretty big boy, always has been. He was born 10.4lbs and was 22.4 inches long!

my son is very big - been a while since he was weighed/measured but hes been above the 91% for weight and off the top for height since about 7 months.
He's in 2-3 year clothes already, and I'm wondering if the winter coats I bought in the January sales for next winter will still fit him!

My daughter is 18 months old tomorrow and her last check up a month and a half ago she was already 28 pounds and 33 inches long. According to her GP she's heavier and taller than 95% of babies - but at least she's well proportioned! Which is funny because although she was born big (9lbs 9 oz), the doc started worrying because she wasn't gaining weight very fast and by two months was only in the 10th percentile for weight...guess she's making up for it now :)

My son has his 18 month check on Sept 1st but the last appt he was 23.9 lbs about in 50% range for his age and 32 1/2 inches and that was @ 90% for his age. And he eats all the time! He is mommys little piglet! lol

At her 15 month appt. in May our daughter was 23 lb 15 oz (24 lbs) and 32 in. I'm guessing she's 25 lbs now and maybe a bit taller (her pants are fitting better lengthwise). We go in a few days for her 18 month and I do believe she will get shots.

Im not sure what my 18 month old is at the moment he wa slast weighed 2nd june and was 27lbs. and was 35.5inches
He is now 98 99cm tall so a very tall boy!!! mind you his father is 6ft 6 and im just a short arse at 5ft 6..

My son will be 18 months on the 12th of August and I think he is finally going to hit the 25lb mark...he isn't even on the growth charts. I think he's almost 32 inches tall.
