Sleeping through the night while co-sleeping

So Teddy is waking up 1-2 times per night, but not sure if I should let him sleep through it or wake him and try to feed. How long should I wait before actually picking him up to see if he's hungry. If I let him sleep, I'll have to pump, so then I think "he'll wake up as soon as I've finished pumping and want to eat and I'll be "empty"". The waking up is just noises, his eyes aren't opened yet...just noises that are loud enough that I wake up. Not planning to co-sleep past the 6 month mark either.

If he's not waking up, then he's probably not hungry.
My daughter sleeps 6 - 8 hours a night.
If he's doing it regularly then there should be a need for you pump either.
You body should adjust to his new schedule.

my son does the same thing. i give him 20 minutes and then he usually opens his eyes. generally i find that if he's making noises like that though he's just gassy.

Heya, You are never completely empty just because u cant pump anymore ou doesnt mean there's nothing left, Your son will always be able to get a feed and after youve pumped there will mainly be hindmilk left which is the filling stuff. So dont be worried if he wakes after youve pumped, Im sure his night feeds are short and sweet anyways ?

My son is exclusively breastfeed, cosleeping, and 12 weeks old. I don't wake him up to eat anymore. The longest stretch he sleeps is eight hours.
