still waking frequently at night

Aydin is my 4th child and he is driving me nuts waking up every hour or so at night and wont resettle unless he gets the boob! He does not have a dummy, occasionally sucks his thumb and is still not that keen on solids. I am known to be a bit of a nazi when it comes to sleep and routines and I can sure bear to hear babies cry but he's keeping up the whole family. Any advice?

Are there any special cartoon shows or movies that he enjoys? Maybe that will help. My daughter, Bianca-Lynn has been giving me the same problem, but without wanting the boob...she just wants to stay awake. Another thing that might help is a teething toy and tempra combo.
