My son is 11 months old and has not cut ANY teeth... He always spikes high fevers and you can tell the way he plays with his mouth that it is bothering him. Any ideas to help me make him more comfortable???? And how high did your childrens fevers get when they were teething? His get up to 104. It seems high but I dont know what else it could be! Thanks:)

I know it's hard not to worry cause he dosen't have any teeth yet, but it's ok. Some babies cut their teeth really late. My cousins little boy didn't cut his first tooth until he was 14 months.

HOMEMADE POPSICLES!!! Bacically you just throw some fruit in a blender with a bit of formula (or whole milk), maybe some plain yogurt... Leto LOVES them! He only cut his first tooth on New Years day, but he hasn't had any problems with fevers at all. This is just a great healthy snack that's great for helping with the teething pain (or a mommy's sweet tooth :P). For one recipie to try:
1 cup rasberries
1/4 mini watermelon (seedless helps, but you still need to go through and pull out some of the larger ones left behind)
a splash of whole milk (or formula)
a little bit of sugar if your making them for yourself - to taste
Blender it to death, then pour into popsicle molds and freeze. You can use juice instead of milk and sugar as well to add sweetness; yogurt will just make it nice and creamy.
Be forewarned that they are pretty messy, so I wouldn't recommend trying this out out of the high chair. Hopefully he gets a few teeth soon!

Hylands Teething tabs. They work great. My 11-month-old daughter has 6 teeth and these help her. The TV show the Doctors also recomend them. Here is there website: http://www.hylands.com/products/teething...
