6 month old waking up several times during nap time

I have a 6 month old daughter who has been sleeping thru the night since she was 4 weeks old, and takes 1 nap a day, and has had normal 3 hour naptimes in the early afternoon up until about a month ago, when she started waking up several times during her nap crying. She will wake up the first time, about 30-40 minutes into her nap. I don't know what is wrong. I wait until she is really tired before I put her down, which is usually after her lunch and bottle. Has anyone had this problem? I would appreciate some advice

I have that problem....my LO wakes up 30-40min into his nap and he is up until it is time to eat again. when he cries in his sleep I give him his pacifier and he goes back to sleep. the shorter nap times throw me for a loop because i am always in the middle of something. At least he sleepm through the night.

She sleeps a tonne, you should be really happy!!! That aside my bubs is also waking with tears and never did previously .... I am thinking teeth??? Some cuddles and he is A-Okay so I figure it is nothing serious and this too shall pass.
