yeah I do too and I get some from another couple websites its just too cool. Its so much easier than going to the website and looking it up yourself, lol... in which before I got those emails I would do.... Even before I was pregnant I use to do that. I love reading about babies! It just amazes me.

lol yeah I understand all that... Again they say that drinking loads of water helps with they hydration problems. They say that when your body feels like its being depribed of water it will hold it in and make you swell. So that might help if you drink twice as much water as you do. Could also help with the cramps in the leg! You never know.... So what state do you live in?

mine haven't changed too much yet, but just yesterday they started swelling some and my close toed shoes don't feel right (claustrophobic for lack of a better word) and my open toed sandels just wore out on me. Fortunately it's been warm again the last few days and I went back to flip-flops!!

You have to do it all online which is a true pain in the you know what!!!!!!! lol that is too funny! I want him before Valentines day so that I have a present to myself. haha painful but definetly worth it all...My mom wants me to have him on the 8th cause thats her birthday and so far I'm due on my brothers birthday. I have so many birthdays that fall around that time that everyone is like you can have him on this day or that day. I'd just prefer to have him on my moms bday or on a day no one else has! lol

How do you register at Wal-Mart if they don't have the wand?
My due date is February 15 - my mom told me the baby had to wait 'til after Valentine's Day because she works at a Florist Shop and will be really busy until the 15th!! lol

yeah those are all good places to register... I registered at walmart even though they dont have the wand to register things anymore like babies r us does. made it so much easier. But yes thats why my mom and I decided to do the one coming up cause the closer you are to having the baby the more tired you'll be and it doesnt help with holidays. I didnt want it in November cause people would be buying for turkey dinner then not in December cause people would be buying for christmas and not in January cause people would be broke from Christmas, haha and cant do it in February cause He'll be here already and I dont have anything really for him. Yeah I can't believe February is going to be here in 15 weeks or a little less but not much. Since I'm due february 4th

I'm glad to hear your nursery isn't ready yet, either! I all of a sudden realized how close February is getting...yikes!! My shower isn't until January because my sister-in-law is doing it for me and her sister is getting married January 2 so she's pretty busy...also, we didn't want to interfere with holidays.
I'm going to register at Babies 'R' Us, Wal-Mart and Target.

I'm doing one for friends that live close to where I do and one for friends that live where I went to school at. Dont wanna make people drive too far, haha... I'm registered at Babies~R~Us and Walmart.

questions are good... This is my first too but I've been around alot of babies and people pregnant....lol... Braxton hicks as of right now they dont hurt but they are just a tightening of your uterus (haha my stomach just gets really hard making it hard to move) . No its not too early. I've asked the doctor and he said that it was normal that your uterus is always contracting that its normal but the closer you get to your due date the more you'll feel them. Its just your uterus practacing for the real deal. They told me if I had 6 in an hour to call them, but my doc said if that happens just to drink more water then if they dont go away to go in. But ask away on the questions I dont mind.

In the past, it's always been a lack of water that gave me leg cramps, but I've been drinking a lot of water the last few days and still got one this morning...
You're due in February, too and you're having Braxton Hicks?? Isn't that kind of early? What do they feel like?
This is my first baby so I have lots of questions!!

yes and so does lots of water and banana's... its the potassium in the banana's that helps. I've had those horrible cramps in my legs a couple of times and it was when I wasnt drinking enough water. Now instead of those I'm getting the braxton hicks which dont hurt but are extremely annoying! No I hope you dont get any of those bad dreams either. That was over 2 months ago when I got it. So far so good on the dreams.

That is an awfully scary dream!! I hope I don't have any like that! My biggest sleep problem is leg cramps in the middle of the night, but I have discovered that pedialyte helps those.

yeah it can be... I dont dream that much and when I do its never about the baby. I've had a dream about a baby elephant. I've also had one horrifying dream about other peoples babies that I was holding while someone was moving a vehicle and the only thing I could remember is that I just had given birth to my baby but was blacked out and I asked when I would be able to see him.... Then they told me in my dream that he was dead. Then I woke up, it was the worst dream of my life but the last one that I had about babies. I think that deep down I have stopped myself from dreaming like that. Scary thought.

you will never be disappointed... I'd go with what you are feeling! You never know you still have more ultrasounds to come to see if you can see something or not! If you feel its a boy more than likely it is. Have you had any dreams about the baby?
Holly - posted on 10/21/2009

From the beginning I was positive it was a boy. I've been kind of confused since the ultrasound and while I would love a girl just as much, I do still hope it's a boy. I just don't want to be disappointed when the baby's born if I'm wrong!

yeah my neice wasnt moving around just wouldnt uncross her legs to show...lol... a suprise is nice I just couldnt wait. I had a feeling mine was a boy and kept calling him a boy. I couldnt stop as hard as I tried I just couldnt... He was destined to be a boy, haha.

It wasn't really that the baby was hiding anything, mostly just not in the right position...I mean, he/she wasn't moving around to hide anything...I guess we'll see.

lol I understand that! I from the start of my pregnancy knew it was a boy even though I was hoping for a girl. Then when I had the ultrasound I saw it was a boy before they could ever say anything...haha. So your probably having a girl. My niece always crossed her legs when they were trying to find out. You should try and interact with the baby... I'm telling ya its the coolest experience! I love it cause you already get to see the temperment of your baby in a way. He kinda kicks hard when he's annoyed with me poking at him, but soft when he's just interacting back with me and he's already awake.

It just seems weird to have a living being inside of me that is just moving on it's own...I haven't really tried to make the baby move yet. We are going with 'surprise' because the baby didn't cooperate during the ultrasound.

Why would you say creepy? Do you ever try pushing on your belly to see if your baby will kick back? Its the coolest feeling when you can already interact with your baby. Its one of those things that never fails to amaze me. Do you know what your having yet or is it a suprise?

haha yeah true that! I'm blessed that he sleeps when I do or so far I'm just a really hard sleeper cause he can throw and kick some pretty mean punches. haha But I've felt him kicking and playing around at like midnight when I'm still awake but never for long. Usually is pretty calm at night. He's more active during the day but of course lol I'm a mean mommy already and trying to wake him up and get him on my schedual. So makes him more active during the day!

how far along are you? I've felt my baby when I was mearly 15 weeks along but it was only a couple times cause he was so small...lol... then I started really feeling him a couple weeks later when he got bigger. Now its none stop but thank god I dont feel him when I'm sleeping. I think we hold just about the same sleep pattern or atleast I'm hoping we do... Got my fingers crossed for that! But yes still very active. Was trying to wake him up so my nephew could feel him kicking and he just wasnt having it. Then when he left he really kicked me hard like dang you I was sleeping dont ever do that again kinda kick...haha such a stubborn baby already. He's alot like me, lol and loves his sleep!

You aren't alone! Mine is very active, too. For the last 2 weeks, I've been able to see kicks and movement going on. Every time I've had a sonogram, "Bean" moves so much they have a hard time getting measurements!
