Hi, I got mine off ebay cost me around £10 with the postage. I had the belt type, it works marvelous when you stood up but you have to slacken it off when you sit down. I am currently expecting my 4th, due in 3 week and would not be without it. Hope this is of some help.

Hey - I had to get one, not so much for my back (although it has helped) but just for the weight of my belly! I am carrying all up front and by week 28 just could not cope any more!! Although they are not the greatest ASDA do maternity supports 2 for £8 which is good if you just want to try them out - that way if they dont work for you you dont waste a fortune, but if they do you can invest in some more sturdy ones!!

Good luck!

Hi!! Im about 30 weeks along and have got a girdle like thing for my belly! I go to these prenatal swim classes and the lady is a physio aswell!! I got it probably at your stage now, as I have been getting ligament pain in my groin (ah the joys!!) and well it has really really helped me! Now wear it everyday! Highly recommend it!!

i work at jcpenny and i do alot of bending and walking and my back gets pretty messed up..i bought one and it totally works for me..it relieves all of the lower back pain but my baby sits really low so i have massive lower back pain..it really helped me alot!!! i got mine at BurlingtonCoatFactory.com..they are about 15.00 but its a basic support belt..nothing too fancy but im sure the ones with straps to go over your shoulders will cost a little more..check it out!!!
