Dried Out Hair, Help?

[deleted account] ( 4 moms have responded )

Hey! I was wondering if anyone else is having any type of issues with their hair &/or skin being dried out? & if so, how do you recommend getting it back to normal? I have been told that putting baby oil into my hair should help it, but I am just seeing if there is anything else I can do for it.

Palmer's Cocoa Butter lotion on the skin. It's amazing, and my skin was super dry before my pregnancy so I've tried nearly every lotion on the market. I also use the Palmer's Shea Butter (the jar not the bottle) in my hair as well as Sebatian's Potion 9 which is full of glycerin. Both work like a charm.

I pretty much have the same issue! what has really helped me with the whole skin thing is this: i buy cocoa butter lotion, and put olive oil in it... just be sure you shake the bottle every time before you use it. as for my hair, lol... I opted to buu a more expensive brand of shampoo and conditioner. I use biolage matrix stuff and i love it! I also realized that i didnt have to wash my hair everyday like before... it just doesnt really get greasy or anything very quickly now that im prego! lol. sorry i rambled on so much! hope that helped!

there is something called cholesteral, you can buy it at beauty supply stores. It's like crack for your hair.
