I had decided not to make a big expensive deal about my first child's first birthday. i thought to just bring some cake and goodies to the daycare and that should do it. WOW my mother-in-law nearly flipped. But I am now glad she did. My daughter's birthday is the 16th and I am still going to do my original plan but we are going to have a proper party on the 27th. Here is how bad I got, I made a personalized banner on line, I used snapfish and made a guess book where it has pictures of various months and area where guest can sign in and leave her birthday notes, I am in the process of selecting decorations and let me tell you I am sooooooo carried away right now I am just thankful I am not the one taking care of the food. lol Yes Yes Happy Happy Birthday all you wonderful February babies. Gosh if you see my little pumpkinbear who thinks she is so grown. I am so excited, shhh don't tell my husband all I done lol. oh my goodness just cant wait. I feel like it is my time too. I would also like to wish a Happy Birthday to all the February babies. Have a wonderful 1st Birthday! A friend of mine told me I should be giving my daughter vitamins....just wondering if anyone can give me some feed back on this?

My munchkin turned 1 on the 1st. I was so happy to share the day with good friends and some of Michaels best friends. He liked the frosting hated the cake but then again it was Safeway cake. Never doing that again. As Michaels gift to me he started walking the next day. I didn't cry when he turned one I was so proud of how much he has learned from us and how many gifts he has given us like the gift of patience. That has been my biggest lesson and I'm grateful for it.

Joshua is turning 1 on the 16th and I'm so excited. So happy to have my sweet little baby walking around as if he's the man of the house. We're having a pajamas and pancake party. I hope he'll love it :)

Happy birthday to everyones little ones! And congrats to all the mommas and daddys to being a parent for at least a year!! My daughter turned 1 on Feb 3rd! I can't believe that she's already a year old!!! It is so crazy how fast time flies!! We had her party on the 5th and it went great!! She loved her cake and she even opened her own presents!! I am so proud of her! She has learned so much this last year! It is unbelievable that a year ago I had this teeny-tiny little baby that only would eat sleep and potty also give lots of cuddles. She has now turned it to this amazing little 1 year old that tries to do everything all by herself! She's always all over the place and getting into everything! (Keeps mommy and daddy on their toes!) And, she know what she wants! She says 20 words now and knows a lot of sign language!!! (funny story...kinda...I took her to the dr. today for her check up and She (our great pedi.) was looking over her and she STOP! STOP! STOP!!! Poor Dr. Moore said "Well, you were right! She does say a lot of words. That was plain as day!!" Then of course we laughed a little, but can you tell my daughter has learned to be very feisty!? I love her so much!!!

it is a happy time and yes they do grow up sooo fast. in the blink of an eye they will be in kindergarten. happy birthday too all the february babies, belated and advanced. my daughter is making 1 on the 18. HAPPY BIRTHDAY NIA!!

I spent the whole of yesterday afternoon with my good friend, decorating my daughters birthday cake.... stepped back to admire our combined efforts and promptly cried ! Gawd only knows how I'll manage tomorrow - lots of very happy tears I expect?!
