Even though I think that my son turning 1 is an amazing thing, you are right part of you just remembers that little baby that came out of you...its amazing isn't it. I think it is also a celebration for us parents as well....WE SURVIVED....lol...

my son aiden will be turning 1 on VALENTINES DAY am so happy and be sad cause it is just going by so fast. It would be fun. He my lil boys and he is my first child.

I know it's crazy how fast the lst year has gone, My baby boy is growing up too fast too!! Soon he'll be 18 and off to college or work!!! Boo!!!

Our daughter is also turning one in a month and I am both excited and sad. She has gone from this helpless little baby to this little independent girl walking around, drinking her drinks, getting into miscief and becoming a little person.

I feel so badly because I have been so sad the entire last month of my daughter turning 1 but there are many parents that their children were given wings at such a young age. The other day we came across this AMAZING little girl that went through more in her 2 years than most people go through in a long life time! You should watch the video and lets get the word out there about childhood cancer! I pray for her and her parents and I know they could use it from you also!

This amazing little girl has tought so many people so many things!! She has impacted our life that is so for sure! It makes me hug my daughter a little tighter, kiss her more often, love her deeper, and appreciate I got the whole last year with her and another to come!!



I am just VERY thankful, appreciative, and lucky that I have got to spend the last year with the most amazing little girl! I feel that I am so blessed! We are all very lucky because we get yet another year of the most wonderful gift God can give in our lives!



Rebecca I am so sorry to hear of your lose! I'm sure that it will be a bittersweet day! Rejoice in Madisyn's big day, but never let Makenzi be forgotten!! I'm sure that day will always be very hard for you and your family, but also at the same time, one of the most amazing days!

My Son Logan is 11 mo and will be 1 in a month also and I'm super excited for HIM but for me....well kinda bummed just because this past year with him has gone by so fast! But i'm really excited to experiance and see what the future holds for him :D

my daughter will be 1 on 23rd Feb and she is definately no longer a little bubba.....somedays I miss when she was more dependant on myself or or father to do things for her now if you try and help her with certain things.....she is just as likely to tell you off! I reckon that both myself and my husband will be the ones doing the most crying that day!!

I am so so sad that Kody's nearly 1!! They said it goes fast, but i never imagined it would go THIS fast!! He's grown up so much and i miss the newborn stage (hence why i'm having another) ;) Just think we only have to do another 17 of what we've just done and they'll be all grown up!! :( Sad times!

Time has flown! February 4 will be a bittersweet day. It is the day we found out our Makenzi didn't make it. Our beautiful Madisyn had a rough start with only a 10 - 15% chance of survival and is a thriving, healthy child meeting and exceeding milestones!!

I'm going nuts! I just ordered all the birthday party supplies for my daughter who will be 1 on Feb 5th.. I had been putting off even thinking about it because I didn't want to accept the fact that she is turning 1, lol. I can't believe it has been a year already and I can't believe how grown up she is and I'm so excited to ave her party, but realize that once this 1st birthday comes and goes, its one of the last firsts she will have.. and it makes me sad. I will probably be an awful mess! haha

I too am in the same boat! I am excite but, also going to be crying too because he has grown so much already. he will be 1 February 17th, it is going to be a whirlpool of emotions because he is the last one for me . I have two boys and that is all.

My daughter, child #2, will be 1 on Feb. 10th and I still can't believe how fast time flies! And now I'm expecting baby #3.......I don't know what I'm goingto do but I do know that it's going to be a whirlpool of emotions :)

My baby (the only girl of 4 kids) is turning 1 on the 11th of Feb. I'm upset she's growing up so fast...I don't want her to grow up anymore. I know its inevitable.

My daughter is turning one next month (the 7th). And im kind of dreading it in a way. But then again im excited. Its so bittersweet. I love watching her grow and develop but I want her to stay my wittle baby girl.

My daughter is also turning 1 next month. Its scary, exciting and life changing just thinking about how far she has come, and how much of a little person our angels is! The first of many birthdays to come....Everyone of them I may have to cry!

I do agree I miss the teeny tiny baby that you could give and get all loves, hugs, snuggles, and cuddles you could ever want but I really enjoy each new stage and watch her learn and grow! She is a lot more fun now...but wish I could go back to the small days once in a while!

I feel the same! I just can't believe how quick it has gone and how much they have changed since they were tiny lil bubs! Soo much personality it's amazing! But yes I will probably cry too! It goes very very fast!
