How much did your baby weigh at 3 1/2 almost 4 months?

dont worry about it my son was born 7lb 3oz, at three months he weighed 12lb

but as they get older there weight gain changes becauase he went from the 50th centile to the 75th centile when he was nine months and now he is 23 months and weighs 22lb going to see the health visitor tommorrow he was eating three meals a day and now he is refusing to eat anything

my son was born 4 weeks early but 6lb 2oz. at his 4 month check up he was 11 lb 4 oz. the doctor wasn't conerned at all, he's breastfed through a bottle.

Haha. It's definitely good that he's growing though! :) I wish the doctors would stop worrying about my son. They thought that he too big of a head since his head was in the 75th percentile, & they were concerned that he had too much pressure on his brain. So many things that they preach to you. Haha.

Well, he is 17 lbs 14.5 oz, and 28 1/2 " tall !!! The weight is just as I expected, but I can't believe he has grown 6 1/2" since birth!!

Well, I get to find out for sure tomorrow, but I expect my Nathan to weigh in at that 18 lb range and i'm sure he has to be at least 26" tall...he is 17 weeks old, so still technically 1 week short of 4 months. I am just 5' 3", and my husband is 5' 10". His brothers are all over 6' tall, but my family is all relatively on the short side. I do take into account that my little man was 10 lbs 10.5 oz at birth, and 22" long. I think he looks just perfect and healthy :)

I shouldn't have a thing to worry about :) They finally are having Noah on a regular doctors appointment schedule. He was coming in every 2 - 3 weeks to get his weight checked. Now that he's had his 4month check up, he isn't due until his 6month! Yayy! :)

My little guy was born Feb 7th and weighed 7lbs 10ozs and he weighs 13lbs now and his doctor seems pleased. When my first born was 4 months old he only weighed 10lbs, he was born weighing 5lbs 3ozs. I wouldn't be too concerned as long as he is continuing to gain weight and he is happy, don't worry :o)

my daughter was born Feb. 28th at 6lbs 15oz and at her 2 month was 10lbs 4 oz. not sure what she's at now she has a check up at 4 months (the end of June) honestly if the doc is happy do not fret as long as he is not losing than you are good. All babies are different my daughter weighed at 2 months what my son weighed at 4 months and both are healthy happy babies (19 months and 3.5 months)- my son was always in the 10th % but is now 27 lbs and doing great

We went in for his 4 month check up yesterday, & the doctors are FINALLY happy with his weight. He's in the 25th-30th percentile! He's 13 pounds 9 ounces. 24 inches. His head circumference is in the 75th percentile. What a growing baby! :)

My Little girl was born on feb 4th she was 6lbs 10 oz but left the hospital at 6lbs 4oz and at her 4 month check up last week she was 11lb 9oz they say shes close to the 10th percentile for weight and height she is 22 and a half inches. shes just a peanut

Noah was breast fed for only about a week or two. He latched on well, but the goods couldn't take the sucking. So in the end my nipples ended up tearing & by the time that they healed for him to be breast fed again, I had already dried up :(.
Thank you everyone for your posts. I think my doctors that I'm seeing are crazy.. I definitely don't understand why Noah would be considered "under weight". When he was hospitalized they said they he had "lost weight" instead of only gaining 5 ounces. I wish I could definitely find somewhere else to go with his medicaid..

Noah is also eating cereal at dinner time which is at 6 every night. More like 5:30 because he gets cranky. :). He has also been on a four hour feeding schedule ever since he got out of the hospital.. Since the doctors wanted to see him gain weight.

My new 'little guy,' Caleb, weighed over 11 pounds at birth, so he is up over 17 pounds already, maybe even close to 18. However, my first son, Aaron, gained weight much slower. Once he started solids at 6 months he took off! Are you close to offering Noah solid foods? I remember feeling relieved when Aaron like solids so much and started gaining weight! Hope that helps!

Maybe you need a new Dr! Brandi was born Feb 11th and was 6lbs and at her 2month apt she was 10lbs and they said she was doing good sounds like your baby is like all these others so it is weird.

Hiya I hope Noah is okay? My Toby is 4 months in a week and a half, he wieghed 8.2lbs at birth, two weeks ago he weighed 14.9lbs.
