hi im looking for somesort of nice smelling air freshener for my babies room.. she is almost 9 months old. .and her nappybin is in her room and really stinks! i know that i wouldnt like to sleep in a room that smells like dirty napppies.. i just want something that will be safe enough in case she breathes any of it in... any ideas would be great :) thanks..

I don't personally sell them, but have had strong recommendations to buy the scentsy buddy, which is for kids. Google it. Hope this helps.

I wouldnt use any chemical or store bought air freshners personally, but I do use an essential oil diffuser which I bought from Tisserand (can order online) and I use lavender oil (great for peaceful sleep) with a touch of tea tree or eucalyptus at night and sometimes a nice citrus fragrance for the day- throughout the house. I never use anything other than natural fragrances around my bubs, and there is so much to choose from when buying essential oils.

I don't think it would, but I never checked into that. We have one in our living room and it doesn't seem to bother him in there either.

oh ok.. i thought something like that would be good.. but would it be alright to put in her room tho?.. like i mean.. would it be alright for her to breathe in?.. obviously i wont put it right next to her.. ill put it near the door but dunno if it'll hurt her to breathe it in in anyway..

Try the Glade Scent and Spray. They come in different smells. They are great. My son is 8 Months old and that helps alot.

My best suggestion would not be to mask the odour, but to remove it completely from her room. Can you put her nappy bin elsewhere?
I dont have a nappy bin for that exact reason, i dont think its very sanitary having dirty nappies in the house if the smell is getting out, then germs are too.
Every nappy here, goes straight in to a bag and straight in to the bin outside.

I put a box of baking soda at the base of my diaper pail, but I don't believe that any air freshener is safe for little lungs to breathe in, it's all chemical. You could maybe try and essential oil diffuser, but I never went that route, because i'm very sensitive to perfumes and it agravates my allergies and asthma, so I figure it may do the same for my little one.
