We have a small party @ our house on baby's arrival & all our relatives & friends are coming to see newborn baby . We are worried now since, baby's beautiful cheeks turned into red due to "baby acne" on the face. Does anyone know how, to to cure baby acne in one week?

It's not "baby acne", its just little spots on the baby when you wash their clothes with soap. It will go away when you give your baby a bath with nothing but clear water. The same thing happend to my son when he was a new born. Just that babies skin are so tender, they can't have any soap when their clothes are being washed, just plain water. Hope it helps.

They say it will go away on its own. My daughter got it around 6 or 7 weeks and lasted a week or 2.. It will just go away on its own.. You can't use anything on the baby's face so young like that.. It may cause more problems than help..
