I am 12 weeks pregnant with baby #2 and I have noticed I have had such shortness of breath in this pregnancy. I remember having some shortness of breath when I was preggy w/ my daughter but that wasn't until the 3rd trimester. Is this normal? I was thinking it could be heat related, but it hasn't realy been too hot this summer. Any advice would be appreciated!

I'm pregnant with my 1st baby and I had the same Question so I'm glad you posted first....but I've been short of breath just drinking water....and doing simple chores but it seems that its normal, from some research ive been doing, so no need to stress...just relax and keep breathing!! but remember to breath deep and slow....it give the baby more oxygen!!

i have had shortness of breathe since about 8 weeks i think.. from what ive read it is normal.. something to do with acutally breathing deeper gives the feeling of out of breathe or something like, i read it somewhere anyway =)

Hi, i am 13weeks now with baby #4 and i also have a hard time breathing. Did not have this with the other 3 but i am not really worried. Try talking a walk in the park or so, just to walk in fresh air, helps me a bit. good luck and don´t worry

I've had a harder time breathing with this one also. A few things have been different my other two I conceived in the fall. I'm putting it up to the difference in the time of the year. I'm not really worried about it. I'm not sure if that helps or makes you feel any better, I hope it does.
