I love my 2 boys (2 years and 4 months) and I don't begrudge any of the time I spend on them, day and night, but I sometimes feel really depleted. We have no family nearby, and my friends are all mums with same age children, so even though they want to give me time out by looking after my kids for a while, between the various naptimes, mealtimes, bedtimes and illnesses, it never really works out. I did try occasional care for my older son but it didn't work out either and I don't think he's quite ready for that yet. So I was just wondering what do you guys do to make yourselves feel better, to give yourself a little lift? At the moment I am relying on chocolate a bit too much...
