Delilah is usually in bed by 8:30. Wakes up to BF @ 2 then again around 4:30. Wakes up for the morning at 7am. Then naps around 9 for about 1-2 hours then naps again in the later afternoon. Sometimes a short nap in the evening.

Joshua is usually asleep by about 9, but a few fluke nights (like tonight) he stays up late. He wakes up between 1 & 3 AM to bottle feed, then usually four hours later depending on what time he woke up in the middle of the night. Sometimes (rarely) he will nap in the morning and he only naps for about 15 minutes (maybe 45 total) through the day. Around 4 or 5 PM it is Katie bar the doors because he is the Ultimate Sleep-Fighting Champion. I swear sometimes I think his cries could wake the dead lol.

My son freddie we cant put him to bed, everytime he gets put in his cot he crys the house down, i have tired everything to get him to sleep but nothing works, i have let him cry but he doesnt go back to sleep he just continues to cry and then wakes his 2 year old sister up. I havent had a proper nights sleep in i dont know how long, i am tired all the time and scared im going to fall asleep while my kids r playing so i keep my self busy all through the day. My partner helps alot but he has work at 8am and doesnt get in till 6pm. The only way we can get at least a few hours sleep during the night is to put freddie in with us but even then i dont sleep because im scared something will happen to freddie. Its been about 7 weeks since i had a decent nights sleep and since then i will be lucky if i can go to sleep for an hour before he wakes up crying. He used to sleep really well in his cot he used to go to bed at 7pm and not wake up till around 7am or 8am... I dont know what to do anymore i have constantly got a headache from being tired im snappy towards my partner and need sleep if anyone has any advice i would apresheate it. Thanks michaela

my wee guy, 6 months next week, has just changed his routine by himself. he is now going to bed between 8.30 and 10. sleeps through until 7-9am. he sleeps whenever he's tired during the day. when we're home that's usually around 11-12ish for about an hour. if we're really lucky he'll sleep in the afternoon too. if we're out and about he'll just sleep wherever and whenever he needs to. i also have to add, he is exclusively breastfed. no formula, no solids

Mina wakes at 6am, naps from 10-12am and from 2-4pm and goes to sleep for the night at 8pm. We are blessed - she's been in this routine since she was 6 weeks old. (Don't hate me...)

Talon goes to bed around 9:30-1030 and sleeps until between 6-7, since he was 6 weeks old. He then gets a bottle and either goes to his mamaw's for the day or if i am off we immediately take anouther nap until any where from 1030 to 12. He then just naps whenever he gets tired throught out the day, i just try to hold him off if it is getting closer to bed time! My baby likes to sleep like his mama!

Tyson is going to be 6 months on the 9th. He started sleeping through the night at 2 months when we moved him into his crib in his room. He wakes up between 7 and 7:30 every morning. He then has ceral and a bottle at 8 and then goes down for and hr nap around 9. He has a bottle around 12 and then goes down for a two hr nap at 1. He then has another bottle around 3:30. He may take a short 30 min nap around 5. Around 6 he has cereal and some bottle and then he will take another short nap around 8. He has been breaking away from the evening nap. He then has a small bottle around 9:30 and then drifts off to sleep around 10. We are going to start him of more foods this weekend. I hope it goes well. Sweet Dreams!!!

Millija is 5.5 months and she goes to sleep at about 7:30pm and dosnt wake till about 10 - 10:30am!! Thats her sleep for the day though, she may have 1 - 3 recharge naps of about 10 - 20 minutes each but thats it. So basically she sleeps all her sleep at once, her brother was EXACTLY the same! I should also add that she feeds every 2 hours during her awake time and eats heaps during the day (between 1.2l - 1.5l or bm/formula)...

My twins wake up at 6:30 or 7am, I nurse them, then sleep till 10 am. They eat cereal and bottle then they're awake for like 20-30min then nap for almost an hour. Then wake up around 1 or 1:30 and they have another bottle by 2pm. They remain awake until 4pm or so then nap for another 40 min then at 5:30 or 6pm they get cereal with bottle. They stay awake, start their bedtime routine around 7:45pm, feed them bottle and are in bed by 8:30pm until the next day.

My 6 month old Kylie usually goes to bed around 8:30-9pm and will sleep until 6:30-7am. (About once a week she randomly wakes up at 3am needing a quick snack.) She eats at about 10am, then has a lunch of rice/avocado/banana at 11am and goes down for a nap around 12. She then gets up about 2, eats and goes down again around 4. Then she'll get up around 5-5:30 to eat, maaaaybe take a short nap around 6:30 and then goes to bed at about 8:30-9 after eating and having some rice cereal. Lather. Rinse. Repeat. ;)

My little one is 6 months old. He's been sleeping through the night since he was 3 months old but his last bottle is around 8:30 or 9 p.m. and sleeps through the night and doesn't wake up till' 12 hours after he eats the night before. Sometimes I'm awake before he is! I feed him his cereal with fruit mixed in only in the mornings and then I feed him his jar food around dinnertime. He takes two naps throughout the day and they can last anywhere from 1-2 hours.

Noah is almost 6 months old & he's usually in bed around 9 then when he can sleep until he wants (2 or 3 days a week my husband has to wake him up around 6 to feed him & take him to the babysitter) then he sleeps until at least 7 sometimes 9. He usually wants a nap a couple hours after he wakes up in the morning then again in the afternoon & in the evening he'll usually take one but maybe not as long. His naps are usually about an hour. Although after about 30 minutes he may wake up & I have to get him back to sleep sometimes or if I'm napping w/ him he'll nap longer. He sleeps all night except sometiems he'll wake up but usually 'cuz he lost his pacifier.

Hi all b4 going on about sleep... babies that are BF are usally awake throught the night and those that sleep through are bottlefed rationale ... formula is a more "filling" liquid oposed to breastmilk as it sits in the tummy for longer formula fed bubs will tend to have less feeds throught the day and consume their dietary requirements throught the day where as bf bubs will snack frequently and obtain what they need when they need.... so bf mummies dont fret if you only get a long stint of 5-8hrs out of your little one thats magic with a bf bub and formula fed mummies congrats on getting a goodnights sleep!!

we go with the flow you can guarentee a bad night and good night once a week with growing diffrences in daily activity teething to mention factors affect sleep patterns
good luck and sweet dreams

Hi! My Lilah Belle is 6 months this week. For the past few months she has had a pretty good sleep routine. Bedtime between 8-9PM. Awake for feed (breast) around 5AM then back to sleep. Awake for day around 7AM. Hours nap between 10-12PM. Sometimes another one around 2-3PM. The more mobile and active she becomes has a daily effect on her needed sleep. Lately she has spent more time in her walker and doorway bouncer and they seem to be wearing her out--even though she doesn't stay in either for long. lol. She's mostly attatched to me. =-)

Pyper Faye wasn't sleeping very well at all, waking up every four hours, then my dad suggested to turn off her night light and let her sleep in the dark! Worked like a charm! She is now sleeping through the night. She slept 10 hours last night from 10 to 10. She doesn't like naps! She is 6 months old and takes a 20-30 minute nap every day...Thats it!

Zoe is a late nighter I guess. She usually doesn't go down until 9:30-10 but then sleeps until 7am without night feedings. About an hour after waking she will go down again for another 2 hours then another long nap in the afternoon or a few short ones depending on what our day plans are.

Lol. It can all be found in a book called The Sleepeasy Solution 15$ online at chapter.ca . It is an "assisted cry it out" method which can be a little hard to hear. BUT seriously it took 1 night and our boy could sleep. He was literally sleeping maybe 5 hours in total a night because he would wake and cry so often( just for company). I seriously couldn't believe it worked so well, but my sister-in-law tried it then gave me the book and viola, sleeping baby. I recommend it to anyone whos baby wakes just for the sake of waking.

My little boy (Gavin) goes to bed between 7 and 8 and sleeps 11-12 hrs straight. No nighttime feeds. He then is up for 2 hrs and naps(between 1-2 1/2 hrs). Then up for 2 1/2 hrs (again napping for 1hr to 2 1/2 hrs) and then up for 2 1/2 hrs (napping for 30 mins to 1 1/2 hrs) then up till bed and asleep again. He naps for a total of 3-4 hrs during the day in total. MIND YOU, I had to sleep train him because he used to be up every hour at night, napping only 10 - 40 minutes during the day. He and I were exhausted so we dropped the night feeds and sleep trained him and he has slept well ever since. Thank goodness :)

Then she's usually in bed again by a hour. We usually wake up between 9AM-11AM and she naps every 2 hours during the day. Sometimes every 4 hours but thats only when she's being watched by someone.
