My 14 month old son usually wakes up anytime between 9:30-10:00am. He eats breakfast, plays for a couple of hours and is back down for a nap around 1:00 or 2:00 pm. He will nap about an hour sometimes more and sometimes less. At this point this is the only nap that he takes now. I try and keep him sctive throughout the day. Now that summer time is right around the corner and we have had some beautiful days here I have found that fresh air and endless running outside...lol, seems to have him and I pretty tired by bedtime which is around 9:00pm. He sleeps all night long until around the same time the next morning.

My little one is nearly 14 months old and she has a great routine, in bed by 8, 8.30pm each night then sleeps til 7.30am, naps at around 10.30am for 1 1/2 to 2 hours then has another nap in the afternoon at around 3pm for an hour or 2. If we are out she either misses her nap or sleeps on the way home in the car. This last week though she has been waking up at around 4am for a feed. I'm hoping it's just a growth spurt as we have also just put her onto cow's milk. She has 2 bottles normally a day but wakes up at 4am for a 3rd. I really hope it doesn't continue because Mummy is tired. Thinking it could also be the fact that the formula filled her tummy more. Anyone else have this problem?

My 1 year old girl, just like my boys did also, went from two naps to one (for the most part) by 10 mos old (if she really takes a short early afternoon nap she occasionally takes a late afternoon nap also). She goes down for the night around 8:45 and sleeps til about 8:30 the next day. Then she takes a 1.5 to 3 hour nap at about 1p.m.

My son who is just 13mos sleeps all night and has two day sleeps. Sometimes he might only have one day sleep usually try for two though. He wasn't a good day sleeper until about 5mos ago I had to drive him or push him to sleep. But I was consistent with putting him in his bed and now I think he likes it! He has slept all nght from about 5-6wks.

I have twins, and they are quite different at night. One of them has a bottle at 7:30-8 pm, and if nothing bothers him (mostly his twin!) he can go through the night until 7:30 or 8. His brother has a bottle at 7:30-8, another at 10:30-11, and usually at least one more around 1:30 or 2, and often another around 4 or 5. It's brutal. He wakes his twin, who will then want a bottle as well, but usually only once per night. They both nap quite well during the day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon.

Caitlin, my daughter's schedule is very close to yours. My daughter wakes 2-3 times a night, I was giving her a small bottle of formula to get her right back to sleep, now we've transitioned to water. We're up for 5 minutes so it doesn't bother me, it helps that she's right next to me too though. I figure that I'm giving her what she needs and she'll eventually grow out of it and in the meantime I get some extra snuggle time in!

7:00am she wakes up (thanks to our dog barking outside)
10:00am-ish nap time
(would like a second nap in here somewhere but that never happens!)
7-8pm night night time
she sleeps all night and its extremely rare that she wakes up between 1-4am. Sometimes it happens (maybe bad dream?)

hi, my lil one goes to bed at 7pm and wakes anywhere from 6-7 am. She sleeps through the night unless like others she is teething. She has one nap during the day from anywhere between 10-11am, for 2 - 2.5 hours. then she is usually up until bed time unless we are out and a bout and she has a half hour nap in the car, but not often. I keep her up in the afternoon if we are at home, as she will not go to sleep at her normal bed time otherwise and will fuss. I have had to work at her resettling in the night, but now she is sleep trained it is much better for us all.

She has a 2hour nap during the day. Goes to sleep at 7:30pm and gets up about 8am. It's wonderful!! It took sleep training to get her to sleep thru the night.

My daughter wakes up around 6:45-7:15 and then is up til around 1 then goes down for nap and usually only sleeps 30 min!! Drives me crazy, but letting her cry it out isn't working when it comes to going back down for a nap, but works in the middle of the night if she wakes up. Then she usually falls asleep in the car on my way home from work for about a 15 min catnap, then bedtime at 9 and then she sleeps thru the night unless she is having some teething issues.

My daughter wakes between 7.30 - 8am. She only has 1 nap a day now at about 11.30am for 2.5 hours and goes to bed at 8pm. She sometimes sleeps through the night and other times wakes up once or twice for about 10mins and goes back to sleep. If she has a nap later in the afternoon she wants to stay up and party so I just keep her up and keep her busy!

My son just turned a year on February 5th, and I worked sooooo hard to get him on a schedule. Once he turned a year, it was golden. He gets up between 7:30 and 8 a.m. Then he has about an hour-hour and a half nap from 10-11:30 a.m. Then he takes another nap at 2 p.m. until 3:45 p.m. Then he's down for the night at 7:30. But again, this took some major hard work. But totally worth it. :)

My daughter is awake around 7:30 am, she naps around 10 for an hour and a bit, then naps again around 3 for about 45 minutes, gies to bed at 7:00 pm and wakes up every 2-3 hours at night.. Crying it out just isn't a option since she shares a room with her older sister (2 1/2) so i'm trying to find a solution to teach her that bedtime is for sleeping and letting her mummy sleep too!

My daughter is on a little later schedual. She gets up about 10:30 am. Naps between noon-1 for and hour or two. then another nap 4-5 pm for about 2 hours again. I have tried to get her to only take one nap but she gets so crabby. So I don't think its fair for the either of us.

We wake up at 6:30, then an hour or so nap at 10:00 or so, Another nap around 3:30, usually about an hour and a half, and then bedtime is usually between 7:30 and 8:00, depending on how tired he seems.

He wakes up once in the night at almost exactly 4:30 am, but fusses for around 5-10 minutes before falling right back to sleep.

My daughter still naps in the mornings about 2 hours after she gets up for 2-3 hours. Then she is up for the rest of the day unless we have nothing going on, she might nap for another hour or two in the afternoon. She is in bed by 8pm and up at 8am with not a word out of her through out the night.
