How old are babies when they learn to laugh?
When do babies become ticklish?

My daughter is now 19 weeks and its only really been in the last week that she has started to laugh. I was tickling her last night and she was moving away and laughing - it was so funny.

My little one is 3 1/2 months and not laughing yet. He LOVES to smile the biggest smile in the world and makes some sounds, but no laugh yet. He is definitely on the verge and I can't wait to hear him!

My son laughed at around the three month mark. He seems ticklish but he does not laugh when tickled and he is close to four months old now. Real belly laughs can happen as late as six months and still be considered normal. Even though my son can laugh and has laughed it is very hard to get him to laugh. :)

My daughter has always been ticklish since the day she was born, and she was 5 weeks early. She's been doing the Cooing and smiling for 3 weeks now and she is just now 3 months old.

My daughter is 3 and a half months and has been laughing for about two months. Their laughing is so precious isn't it! Just keep playing with her and showing her what's humorous! Read books slowly and exaggerate your voice! Be silly they love seeing you happy, my daughter Willow does.

Same here. My baby started laughing at three months. Now I can tickle her neck and she laughs on cue! It's the best sound in the world! :)
