Wondering what everyone is doing for child care? I am going back to work May 31 - then my husband is taking some time... then we're facing child care options. Looking into daycare, au pair, and p/t nanny. Anyone have experience with nanny sharing?

both my sons are in daycare It may not be the cheapest option but it works due to the hours of operation. I think it is best if you do have a nanny to have scheduled play dates/etc to create social interaction for your child.
