Hey Ladies,

I just want to share with you that my son had cradle cap and I was told to use olive oil and a soft brush to loosen the dry skin but when I went to the store to get the Olive Oil I figured I would check the baby department to see if there was a product for it. I found Gentle Naturals Disney Cradle Cap Care. So I bought that and it was great! It only took one use and his scalp was back to being baby soft and I have not had a problem since. Its funny cause someone I know was using the Olive Oil for over a month and once I told her of the Gentle Naturals she used it and it only took her 2 times. You can buy it at Wal Mart. Hope this helps!

I tried a couple different things.. baby oil with a cotton swab, aquaphor by eucerin (worked like a charm), and baby vaseline. and yes, my sons pediatrician told me to brush his hair (with the real soft brush, duh of course lol) and then use a damp cloth and wipe off excess flakey skin, let air dry and then apply whatever you choose to use. i had the best luck with baby aquaphor, i tried baby oil at first, but i didn't like it cuz it was just so oily and icky, but another good product that also carries all sorts of great baby stuff is the Baby Aveeno brand. It's gooood stuff too!! Just some other suggestions!! Hope i was somewhat helpful :)

i used that too but my daughters cradle cap got worst (not from that) and spread to her face so i took her to her docotor and he prescribed something for her but i still use the Disney stuff after baths because the ointment i got from the doctor made her smell like a wet dog but it worked soo good.
