Is there anything I can take for morning sickness? I haven't had my first doctors appointment yet. It's been bad enough that I've lost almost 10 pounds. please help :/

crackers beside the bed. eat them BEFORE u get up. Also ginger and they make prego pops. that are lollipops that help with morning sickness. if it gets worse call ur dr and see if he can make an earlier apt. he may give u an RX for it. OH and peppermint. it was one of the BEST things for me! hope it helps

Thanks for the help everyone. I've tried crackers and they help sometimes but not all the time. I have my first doctors appointment tomorro so hopefuly he can help me out.

There are prescriptions you can take, like Zoloft, but that really didn't help me. Your OB will intervene if your weight loss becomes a danger to the baby.

I'm so sorry to say that you just have to power through it. Keep the finish line in mind!

The candy or suckers that they sell at Motherhood do work pretty well. I didn't have morning sickness very often, but when I did, these seemed to help a bit.
