almost everytime my daughter spits up it comes out the nose to!!! is this normal action or something i should talk to her pediatrican with?

I'm having the same problem with my daughter now 5 weeks.
I did google it and the post I read said it's very common, I see the health visitor next thursday for her next medical check so will double check with her too.

If anything to report I shall let you know
