try the 24 day challenge- a company called advocare that has been around for over 20 years has it. i actually sell the products and am on the challenge right now. the results people get from it are unreal!! im on day 7 and have lost 5.2 pounds. Are you looking to get healthy, lose weight, improve your energy? Sounds great, right?
Let me tell you a little background on how I got here. My husband and I started the program in May of 2013. We were truly shocked at how easy this was and amazed by our results! I lost 20lbs in two months, and he lost 40lbs in 3.5 months.
If the pounds weren't enough to make me thrilled, loosing 4 inches in my butt and hips had me ecstatic! haha. The best part is we haven't gained it back. Our view on food is different and we are more active.
It was so incredibly easy to keep on board with the program. There is less than 5 min. prep time for the food, some are just open and go! I loved that I could toss a snack in my purse and not rely on finding a "healthy choice" on the go. Not to mention, cooking once a day was a nice break.
Well, one thing leads to another and I decided to be a health coach through Take Shape For Life after I did the program. I want to help others create a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable. I've included my website in case you want to reference it at a later time.

i'm a single mom of my 13 month old daughter. i work and go to school part time as well. i gained 30 lbs with her, lost some. but then we got these awful snow storms and i gained it all back cause i wasnt able to make it to the gym. i too am an emotional eater. right now i'm around 200, i would like to get down to atleast 150. i'm definitely in need of some motivation and i can try to help motivate others.

I am a single mom of one, he turned 1 today and I would love to find some buddies to work out with and be able to turn to and offer encouragement to. I have struggled with my weight my whole life and am looking to turn over a new leaf. So if you are in the area and willing to take the challenge with me feel free to contact me. Hello, am new to the site... but I too am a SAHM... with a 21 month old son. I'm 26 and 5'1"... at my heaviest (Oct '09) I weighed over 238lb... emotional eating and stress from almost losing my son 3 diff kind of major medical complications etc... I honestly didnt realise I was getting bigger and bigger until I saw pics of myself...
I need a work-out/motivational buddy too... am trying to get back to my old self and lose 80+ pounds... am almost halfway there... through nutrition and joining a gym, but each day is getting harder to stay motivated!!! Lets help each other out girls...

I also have been working on losing weight. At this point I am in need of losing another 80 pounds... I work as a Health Coach for a weightloss program and I am a WAHM. I find the struggles of being home all day and around "Kid Snacks" to be my biggest issue. I have lost 60 pounds with this program (40 in 3 months) - I am hoping to continue to lose untill we concieve our next child. I just turned 34 last week and am a mother of 2. I have a 11 year old and a 5month old. When I was pregnant I had gestational diabetes so I really had to watch what I ate and after giving birth I actually weighed almost 20lbs less than when I found out I was pregnant...but after giving birth I no longer had to watch what I ate so closely and I have gained every single pound back! Yes ladies you are looking at the only woman to loose while pregnant & gain after words! All in all I need to loose about 80 to 85lbs. I eat when I'm bored, stressed, happy... I need a buddy to hold me accountable!

Hi Paula ~ I have to lose approx 135lbs (according to the "standards") but, I'm going to give myself goal of 80lbs for right now. I just started a blog today that will hopefully help me thru this journey as well.
I'll be 41 this year, I am 5'4" and weigh a whopping 263.3 pounds!! Ppl are amazed tho to learn that I weigh "that" much. But they aren't amazed I am overweight!! Who am I kidding?? LOL
Anyway ~ If you want I'll do my best to help!!

Hi Paula! I am a new mom with a 6 month old. I'm 21 years old and I was dancing 30 hours a week pre-pregnancy (I teach) I ended up gaining a LOT and now want to lose 80-85 pounds! So we are in the same boat. What are you planning on doing? This is my new lifestyle since Jan 2nd:
no more then 1300 calories a day: breakfast, lunch, dinner, one snack (fruit or vegie) 8 glasses of water. No sugar (except coffee lol) nothing but milk water and natural orange/grapefruit juices.
On top of that I work out 4-5 days a week and I do a lot of classes that motivate me more than working out alone when I don't really know what to do.

I am a single mother of a 6 month old. I am wanting to lose 30+ lbs. I was still wearing my maturnity pants until my son ws 3 months old. I bought new running shoes, and have gone through my kitchen and have thrown out all the junk food. Go to www.realage.com. It is the Dr. Oz web site. It has menus, and work outs. I printed off the first 2 weeks...also bought a workout video.

I would love to be there for you. I am 21yrs. old and I had my first child 6 months ago. I have always struggled with my weight, but at this time in my life I feel more motivated. I not only want to do it for myself, but I also want my husband to think I am hotter than the rest lol. I have just started Slim in 6, which I have done before and had great results.

Hi my name is Jenny I have 3 girls. My oldest is 6, 4 and 2. I am a stay at home mom. I have put on a lot. I was 102 lbs before kids and now i am at 200. I have been trying to lose weight for a while now and nothing seems to work. I seem to trun to food when i get strees out, and that happens a lot these days. I just cant stay away from sweets i seem them I have to have them. So maybe having someone to talk to before i eat maybe it will help.. so do you want to work togetthere on this??
