I'm 19 and have a 5 1/2 month old. I was 128 lb before I got pregnant and gained about 37 lb during my pregnancy. I still have about 15 lb to lose. Before I got pregnant, I could eat almost anything anytime I wanted and wouldn't gain weight. But now, it seems like it is taking FOREVER for the weight to come off (even though 5 1/2 months is really not that much time). I just calculated that I've lost 60% of my baby weight. To do that, I just started drinking a lot more water, cut way down on soda. I've also been waiting a little bit (maybe 20 min) when I start to feel hungry just to make sure that I am actually hungry and not just thirsty. I also cut back a little on my portion sizes and try to eat things that I like but are a little healthier than I usually eat.

I know you posted this awhile ago but I am a trainer and nutritionist so let me know if you are still looking for some help. I had my child when I was 17 I weighed 117lbs pre prego. At birth I weighed 133lbs. I am now 30...and I weigh 124lbs most of it is muscle:-) As you get older your body will change and become more "womanly" meaning that women often get more shapely and curvier. Not fat or over weight by any means...Dont be afraid of food...(carbs or fat) You just have to know when to eat and what it is you r body needs. Like I said feel free to get in touch with me if you need more help. Best of luck to you!

The fastest & easiest way to lose weight along with tightening your abdomenal muscles is by wearing the Body Magic. I have listed below the information. Many many moms have had their lives changed for the better after wearing the garment.

Seriously, this is 100% guaranteed. Man or woman no matter what size you are. I thought it was to good to be true. I was one of those people that had tried everything out there to lose weight and sometimes I did, but always gained it back plus more. This is permanent & so easy. I never thought I could look & feel so good about myself again.

The product that allows you to lose 2 to 3 pant sizes in 10 minutes is Body Magic by Ardyss International. It is a garment you wear and it gives you instant results. Because of the special material that the garment is made of it immediately pushes your internal organs back into place and corrects your posture. The garment then firms your abdomen muscles as if you were doing sit-ups all day long. The body heat contracts your muscles and allows the fat in your stomach and hips to melt away without sweating. Body Magic is so comfortable you forget you are wearing it & it's not even noticeable to others. You will not have to wear the garment forever. The results are permanent just after a few short weeks or months depending on how many inches you want to lose. Once you are happy with your result that is it it's permanent. If you're interested in losing inches or even making a residual income with Ardyss International as there is no selling involved, feel free to view my website at www.ardysslife.com/bodybymoore and call 641-715-3900 using pin# 50447 when prompted to listen to a 7 minute prerecorded message. Then contact me at luvbug0000@hotmail.com & we can move on to the next step of making your life better.
