so ive lost 50 of the almost 100 lbs i put on during my pregnancy and now ive come to a stand still and i still need to get off another 50...and i know my problem is my diet but i cant help it i like good tasting food which is usually fatty food...help??

all i can say is count your calories and get a solid picture of how much you are eating a day! keep a food journal for a week and add up the calories. A good dieting rule of thumb is to take in what you want to weigh in pounds and multiply it by ten to find out how many calories to eat per day.

for example I wanna be 125 lbs. 125 X 10 = 1250, so i try to eat no more than 1250 calories per day + an allowance of 300 calories because i am breastfeeding! I am down to 135 lbs... same as i was at 17, when i got married! And drink drink drink water! It flushes your system and keeps you from getting too hungry! Whenever you diet make sure you are taking vitamins and eating a well balanced diet!

So that is my advice BUT *** I am NOT a dietitian, doctor, nutritionist, celebrity, supermodel, fitness expert or anyone else you would want to ask advice from. Just a successful dieter! Before you take mhy advice check with your doctor if you are gonna try my method... and make sure your goal weight is a healthy, reasonable weight for your height, age and build.

Also I do calorie cycling when i hit plateaus. Meaning I follow a strict controlled diet for 5 days a week and then eat whatever i want for two days (usually weekend) and then repeat. It causes my body to get back into diet mode and continue dropping weight.

Casey, I bought a membership fee from Isagenix which is $39/year which allows me to buy the products at wholesale rates. I am sharing what has worked for my friends and I. You can you tube the Isagenix success by inputting into You Tube "Isagenix ABC News" It really does work if you are looking to lose weight. And it is a great product for your body.

I love the chocolate Isalean shakes. It is great because I am still nursing and don't have much time to cook or put together a meal. So the shakes are a great meal full of all nutrients and vitamins.

Isagenix also has a 9 day and 30 day mild cleanse. I have about 10 friends who have personally done the cleanse and have lost an average of 9 pounds. You can NOT do the cleanse if you are nursing or pregnant as toxins might pass through the placenta or breast milk. But it it safe to use all the other products of isagenix.

I have been only using the shakes and vitamins and have lost all the pregnancy weight with out having to work out at a gym. I used the shakes through out my pregnancy because my doctor said it was a really good choice since I couldn't keep anything else down the first trimester. I still use the shakes and my daughter is now 5 months and I am still nursing.

yeah lately ive been trying to eat smaller portions and eat healthy snacks like fruit during the day when i get a little hungry but ive felt kind of lazy the last couple of days and ive been getting really bad headaches to where i just want to sit around and do nothing which is hard on my son because he doesnt understand why i dont want to play like usual.

First be proud of what you have accomplished. If you've come this far you can go all the way. It's hard cutting out what you like so if you can't cut it out yet cut back more. This way you won't feel deprived.
