I just wanted to share a photo of my abs post-baby. Granted I had my baby 20 months ago, however, for the first 15 months I was only doing cardio. The last 5 months I have decreased cardio and started weight lifting and I have seen dramatic changes. When I was doing only cardio, I was thin, but I was flabby...now I couldn't feel better about myself. So my advice to anyone looking to tone is to quit doing so much cardio and pick up some weights! And not 5 lb weights ladies!
Just wanted to add, on the side of my abs, those aren't ribs showing it's muscle. :)
