HELP!! wantin to loose baby weight and gain energy

I feel like a sloppy person sometime no energy and just feel fat....i need some advice on a good starting point to loosing weight or a good diet plan somethin to help me loose maybe 10lbs here and gain energy cause there has been moments in my life where i just dnt have the energy to do anything even play with my daughter at times (i know that sounds bad) i jus need some advice or pointers

I get a lot of energy and have lost weight with Shakeology from Beachbody. The chocolate Shakeology tastes so good and helps my cravings for candy. I also do the Beachbody programs. Hi Amber. For me it was hard to start excercising with kids at home. I went to pilates class, which worked really good for me. I just wanted to let you know that you are not the only mom out there that doesn't have energy to play with the kids. I feel that way all the time. I'm always tired and I know this has a lot to do with my weight and diet. I do want to add that I have a 10 month old daughter and I'm 5 months pregnant.

The best way to get started- is take your baby out for a stroller ride.... start by walking for 1 minute and jogging for another do this for 20 -30 minutes until you build your endurance.
