How did you lose your baby fat?

I was able to lose the mommy tummy by practicing yoga, running, and specific tummy exercises for the belly. I did all this at home and free...no gym membership or surgeries. I wrote an article about that at http://mamainheels.com/2012/11/21/mommy-... if you are interested in reading.

I lost my baby fats after joining a Body By Vi 90 Day Challenge, I am a mother of 2 and 4 year old girls. If you look at my profile picture that is the result of the Challenge. I am no on my second 90 Day Challenge to lose more 20 lbs.

I thought i loved yoga, until i came across pilates. I had a great teacher & this makes a difference. But yoga & pilates are great for getting some flexibility and strength back to your muscles. The other solution i tried, which is awesome as it includes recipes, mealplanners and secret weightloss tips. THis is a great one for mum's. www.secretdietsolutionprogram.com
