I lost a lot of weight with both of my children, but my baby fat is still there. Is there any way i could tighten it up fast. Or am i stuck with it?

I was able to lose the mommy tummy by practicing yoga, running, and specific tummy exercises for the belly. I did all this at home and free...no gym membership or surgeries. I wrote an article about that at http://mamainheels.com/2012/11/21/mommy-... if you are interested in reading.

I lost my baby fats after joining a Body By Vi 90 Day Challenge, I am a mother of 2 and 4 year old girls. If you look at my profile picture that is the result of the Challenge. I am no on my second 90 Day Challenge to lose more 20 lbs.

I thought i loved yoga, until i came across pilates. I had a great teacher & this makes a difference. But yoga & pilates are great for getting some flexibility and strength back to your muscles.
