I have both kids in school finally!!! The problem for me is that Im not motivated to do anything while they are in school much less when they are home. I want to be a kind of mom/wife that is motivated to get healthy and set an example for my children and see that their mommy is not lazy. Usually morning routine or lack there of is....get up, dressed,breakfast and off to school, I come home and veg on the couch and sleep sometimes and I need to be motivated to excercise and clean my home when I come home and eat ( sometimes I dont eat and get headaches and tired). Im so frustrated with myself b/c I have became lazy and I was at my dr.s office the other day and Im overweight (currently 183 lbs) not happy with that but I am who I am right now and I dont like it when I have to look in the mirror. So, please help!!! Thankyou!!!
