hey, you could try Turbo jam... it makes you work your whole body in just 30 mins a day!

Try switching all of your white bread (and pasta) to whole wheat, eat lots of fiber. Don't eat any table sugar (the only sugar you should have is in fruit) and stay away from processed foods. Drink LOTS of water to flush out your system (1/2 gallon to 1 gallon a day) and eat small meals every 2-3 hours instead of 3 large meals. Also eat a lean protein with every meal (incl. the snacks) and keep most of the carbs in the beginning of the day. A great book to read is "The Eat-Clean Diet" by Tosca Reno.

I was overweight before I found out I was pregnant with my son, and lost 60 lbs in the past 7 months using a high protein, low carbohydrate (and all of the carbs I do eat are whole wheat) and low-sugar nutrition plan. I also work out at the gym 5 days a week for 1 hour each day. Cardio works the best to get rid of weight; running, step class, or even just jumping jacks and jogging in the park or jogging up and down stairs at home works great, too)

I hope that is helpful - I know how hard it can be to loose weight, I was overweight for a long time, and knowing how to eat right really makes a difference (plus you have to get your heart rate up when you exercise - I had never done that before)

If you really want to use a diet pill (I would suggest only taking 1 about 30 min before you do a cardio workout) you can try Lean System 7. I used it for a while when I was loosing the last 15 lbs and it helped boost my metabolism to burn more fat (make sure you work out, though, it gives you lots of energy - and I wouldn't suggest breastfeeding while taking it)
